The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for the 2021 editions of the Mighty Minters â¢ Ornament and the United States Mint Ornament on October 21 at noon EDT. Orders for both products are limited to 15 units per household for the first 24 hours of sale.
Crafted from solid brass and imitation rhodium, both embellishments feature the latest piece from the America the Beautiful QuartersÂ® program with the familiar George Washington motif on the obverse (heads) visible. “2021”, “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, “LIBERTY” and “IN GOD WE TRUST” appear on the obverse (heads) of the quarter, which has an uncirculated finish. Mighty Minters â¢ Ornament
This year, the ornament has a âWinter is mildâ theme and features Mighty Minters Layla, a peacock, and Eli the fox, ambassadors of the Mint’s coin collection. America the Beautiful Quarters is centered between the Mighty Minters and two red and white candy canes. Priced at $ 27.95, this lovely ornament is perfect for gift giving and will appeal to children and adults alike. The United States Mint Seal is engraved on the back of the ornament, along with “Made in the USA” and “Â© 2021 US Mint”. A silver colored cord is attached.
The Mighty Minters â¢ ornament has festive red packaging that replicates the design of the ornament on the front. The back of the package contains descriptive information about the coin and the Mighty Minters â¢ Layla and Eli, as well as the signature of the Mint Manager.
2021 USA Mint Ornament
This year’s ornament has a festive wreath-like design with a shiny holly motif accented with two deer silhouettes on either side. The intricate and reflective holly pattern features red-shaded berries and a stylized red ring that surrounds the quarter. An engraved version of the United States Mint Seal can be found on the back of the ornament, along with “MADE IN THE USA” and “Â© 2021 US Mint”. This one of a kind ornament hangs from a red ribbon and is priced at $ 29.95.
The United States Mint Ornament comes in a beautiful green box and includes a Certificate of Authenticity with information about the coin and the ornament. The United States Mint Seal and the words “2021 United States Mint Ornament” are hot stamped into a silver foil on the top of the cover.
